たった１５分で目の色を永遠に変えられる、しかも元にも戻せる手術とは？

瞳の色を変えるといえば、昨今ではカラーコンタクトレンズが人気ですが、コンタクトを外せばまた元の目の色に戻ります。ところが、たった15分の簡単で痛みのない安全な外科的手術で、永遠に目の色を変えることができる技術が開発され話題を呼んでいるようです。
